Buy a Sadhu Board: Models and Prices
Buy a Sadhu Board Online from the Workshop
Choose your POPOVYCH Sadhu board by comparing its construction, nail metal, wood, size and nail spacing. We make our main collection in Ukraine using solid ash or thermally modified ash, with fixed or independently moving nails. The model table below brings these choices together so that you can see what changes between configurations.
The standard board purchase is a pair: two boards, one for each foot. Start with the combination that suits your requirements, then check the available size and options. If you want help choosing, send the workshop a product link and your questions. You can also learn who makes POPOVYCH boards and how the workshop works.

Floating or Fixed Sadhu Boards
A fixed board holds its nails in position. In a POPOVYCH floating board, individual nails can move down under load and return, with vertical travel of up to 10 mm. This movement allows the nail surface to respond to the shape of the foot. How it feels varies from person to person.
Choose the construction before deciding whether to spend more on a particular metal or wood. If independent movement is your priority, a floating galvanised model may fit your requirements better than a fixed copper model. Read how floating and dynamic Sadhu board nails work. Vertical nail travel and the spacing between nails are separate specifications.
Sadhu Boards with Copper Nails and Other Materials
Copper, galvanised steel and brass are available across the main fixed and floating collection. Galvanised nails are zinc-coated steel; brass is a copper-and-zinc alloy. Compare the actual material description rather than assuming that similar colours mean identical metals.
Solid ash provides a lighter appearance, while thermally modified ash has a darker tone. Both retain individual wood grain. Choose the combination you prefer after checking the construction and fit. Our Sadhu board materials guide compares these options without treating a metal or wood as proof of a health benefit.
Choosing a Sadhu Board for Beginners
For a first board, the workshop recommends starting the selection with 10 mm nail spacing. Standard options also include 12 mm; discuss other spacing with us before ordering. A useful beginner choice also needs an appropriate working area and a construction you understand. The most expensive combination is not automatically the right fit for every buyer.
Measure from the heel to the longest toe and use the longer foot when the two differ. Confirm the size in the product options instead of relying on appearance alone. If you are searching for the best Sadhu board for beginners, our selection guide provides a practical checklist covering size, spacing, construction and materials.
What Is Included, and What Costs Extra?
The main pair includes two boards, a personalised kraft box and printed materials. Confirm the exact contents of your chosen order, particularly for an international shipment. Optional engraving, a carrying bag and the extended course are separate additions; check their price and availability before adding them.
For an inscription or design, confirm spelling and the intended placement before production. If you want learning materials in English, ask which materials are available in English before purchasing a course. A translated product page does not itself establish the language of a separate programme.
Shipping, Payment and Support
For an international order, email mail@sadhu.com.ua or message the workshop on Telegram with the destination country, postcode, model, size and quantity. Confirm the payment method, preparation time, delivery arrangement and total cost before payment. Our shipping and payment page separates production time from transport time.
Read customer reviews, warranty and returns information, and the Sadhu board care guide before buying. Our commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months under its terms and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
