How to buy a Sadhu board from Ukraine
For delivery outside Ukraine, contact POPOVYCH before making payment. We will discuss the board and destination so that you can confirm the available delivery arrangement and order details. Delivery availability, the carrier, transport estimate and total cost need to be checked for your particular address.

What to include in an international delivery enquiry
Send your destination country and postcode, the model or product link, the required board size and the number of pairs. If known, add your preferred nail metal, wood, fixed or floating construction, nail spacing and any engraving request. If you are choosing a gift, tell us the recipient’s foot size or foot length when available.

Production time and shipping time are separate
Our published standard terms say that an available model is usually dispatched on the order day or the next working day after the required payment. Personal engraving may add up to three working days. Where manufacture is needed, the standard production and preparation period is up to 18 working days after the specifications and required payment are confirmed, unless another period is agreed in writing.
These are preparation periods, not an international arrival promise. Ask us to confirm the applicable production date and the estimated transport time separately. For a gift with a fixed deadline, tell us that date before payment so that we can discuss whether the arrangement is suitable.
Payment, currency and the total order price
The website’s Ukrainian checkout uses MonoPay for bank-card payment and, on supported devices, Apple Pay or Google Pay. For an international order, confirm which payment method can be used for the agreed delivery arrangement and the currency that will be charged. Do not assume that a displayed currency conversion changes the currency of the actual payment.
Before paying, check the price for the selected pair, the cost of optional engraving or accessories, shipping and any other agreed charges. Clarify how destination import taxes, duties or handling charges will be dealt with and whether they are included in the quotation. Keep the confirmed order details and your payment record.
What the Ukrainian delivery offer covers
Within Ukraine, the published standard service is Nova Poshta delivery. Standard domestic delivery is free for fully paid orders over UAH 2,000. The domestic cash-on-delivery arrangement uses a UAH 100 advance payment, with the buyer paying delivery and the applicable NovaPay transfer fee.
Those are Ukrainian delivery and payment conditions. They should not be assumed to cover an international shipment. Overseas orders require confirmation of their own route and costs before payment. The parcel contents should also be confirmed, including any optional accessories or gifts.
Receiving your board and getting support
Check the parcel and its contents on receipt. If something appears damaged or different from your order, contact the workshop with the order reference and useful photographs so that we can review the issue. Retain the packaging and delivery record while the matter is being resolved.
