Our 12-month Sadhu board commercial warranty
POPOVYCH provides a 12-month commercial warranty from the date you receive your Sadhu board, unless a different period is expressly stated for the particular product. It covers manufacturing and construction defects attributable to the manufacturer. Keep your order reference and purchase documents so that we can identify the board and agreed configuration.
This commercial warranty does not limit mandatory consumer rights. The Ukrainian warranty and returns pages describe the workshop’s domestic terms. For an international purchase, ask us to confirm the terms and return arrangements applicable to your order before payment; the 12-month statement should not be read as a limit on any statutory protection that applies.
How to report a problem with your board
Email mail@sadhu.com.ua or contact the workshop on Telegram. Include your order reference, model, date of receipt and a short explanation of the problem. Photographs or a short video can help show the affected part and its behaviour, when taking them is safe.
If the board is damaged or its condition is uncertain, stop using it while we review the issue. Please contact us before attempting a repair or changing the mechanism. Describe what happened and any care products used; accurate details help distinguish a construction problem from damage or normal variation.
Manufacturing defects, damage and natural wood variation
The published warranty excludes defects where it is established that the cause was an impact or fall after receipt, use contrary to the instructions, unsuitable storage, prolonged water or excessive moisture exposure, aggressive chemicals, or an unauthorised repair or alteration.
Natural differences in wood colour, grain and knots are not, by themselves, manufacturing defects when they do not affect functionality. This does not mean that every change in a wooden board is harmless. If you notice cracking, a sharp edge, damaged nails or unexpected movement, ask us to assess it. Returns of standard and personalised Sadhu boards
Under the workshop’s published Ukrainian terms, a buyer may notify withdrawal from a distance purchase of a standard product within 14 days of receipt. The product should remain unchanged and should not be used beyond what is needed for inspection. Opening the packaging for inspection does not itself remove the right to return.
Personal engraving or a genuinely individual construction can affect the right to return a product of satisfactory quality under the applicable rules. Personalisation does not remove rights concerning defects or a failure to match the agreed specification. Before approving an inscription, size or special design, check the order details and ask how that personalisation affects your return arrangements.
Return shipping, remedies and refunds
Contact us to confirm the return destination, carrier and payment arrangement before sending the parcel. Pack the boards securely and retain the delivery receipt. Do not send a cash-on-delivery return without prior agreement. For a cross-border return, the practical shipping arrangement needs to be established for that order.
Depending on the issue and applicable requirements, a remedy may involve repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. The published Ukrainian policy describes seller-paid necessary documented return costs in the cases covered by that policy. It also sets out refund timing and payment-method conditions. Read those terms in context; a domestic policy is not a universal description of every international transaction.
Support before and after the warranty period
You can contact the workshop about care, repair or restoration after the commercial warranty period as well. The scope, feasibility and any cost are discussed for the actual board; this is not a promise that every alteration or repair can be completed free of charge.
Before ordering, review shipping and payment, compare the current models and keep the agreed specification. Clear order information makes both selecting a board and resolving a later question easier.
